Went to get a ribeye earlier one and the butcher had cut up what they had into steaks so couldn’t cut one to my liking, so they took the bone of a tomahawk steak and I was happy.
Simple lightly seasoned steak, two fried eggs and some chips.

You can’t beat a fried egg with a runny yolk.
Especially of a bacon buttie (buttered roll). Bacon topped with a fried egg, runny yolk, burst it and add a little ketchup, heaven.

I don’t have a beef with vegetables man. Lol.
I was going to do some creamy garlic mushrooms but forgot to get the ingredients and potato gratin instead of chips, but I already had some chips in to make my step-father’s dinner.

That looks glorious.
We made kalua pig, braised cabbage and white rice. A classic hawaiian dinner, just missin mac or potato salad.

I’m starting to get hungry again.
I’ve some locally made raspberry pavlova ice cream in the freezer, I may have to go remedy that oversite.

A nutritious vegetable. Essentially extra leafy beet greens with colorful stalks. I braised them in butter, garlic, and triple sec to make sure they weren’t TOO nutritious.

I did some butter rice the other day as the Chinese chicken came out quite dry.

I cooked up a single pan lemon sage chicken and rice. Tried not to disturb the desert dove which set up shop in my lemon tree. Sage bush is out of control. Threw in carrots and asparagus as veggies.

I'm on a diet and the other day my wife goes to make herself lunch and she fries up a steak like twice that size and I'm like "really?" Then I stole like half of it.
